Thank you for your interest in establishing a Domestic Dealer account with RASE Components, LLC.
(Those interested in becoming a dealer outside the United States, please complete the International Dealer Application). In order to create a dealer account within the United States, we ask that you please complete the application below and provide us with a completed Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate or the Exemption Form considered acceptable by the State in which you conduct business. Completed forms can then either be emailed to dealers@rasebike.com or faxed to 978-961-1682. Please note that your order will not ship until we have a Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate or State’s Exemption Form on file.
